LINOCROM REM

Code EKN: 459259
Linokrom REM TKP is a one-layer weld-on repair material. The material is made from a mixture of bitumen with the addition of polymers and filler. A strong frame fiberglass is used as a base. The introduction of polymers into bitumen significantly increases the softening temperature of the mixture (binder), as well as the heat resistance of the material itself. The polymer additive prevents the formation of various surface defects and small cracks on the material during the operation of the roof.
During the production of the product, the base is impregnated with a binder and covered from 2 sides with a layer of a mixture of increased thickness.
A coarse-grained gray shale dressing is used as the upper protective layer of the material. Flaky form of dressing serves as protection against mechanical damage and additionally prevents heating under the sun. On the bottom side, the material is covered with a low-melting protective film with an indicator pattern.
The material is one of the thickest materials of the "standard" class. The increased thickness of the material allows it to be welded onto the protective coating of the old roofing carpet without any problems.

Scope
Used for the current repair of roofs. Laying is done by fusing in one layer on the old roof without removing the old roof carpet. The material can also be used in the construction of new roofs in combination with the materials of the lower layer of the brands Linokrom, Bikrost, Linokrom Tropic on a fiberglass basis.
Storage
Rolls of material should be stored in a dry closed room in a vertical position in one row in height at a distance of at least 1 m from the heaters.
Installation method
Fusion
