TECHNOELAST PRIME
Technoelast PRIME is a waterproof polymer-bitumen roll roofing material. Technoelast PRIME is obtained by double-sided application on a polyester base of a bitumen-polymer binder consisting of bitumen, SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene) polymer modifier and a mineral filler (talc, dolomite, etc.) Coarse-grained or fine-grained dressing is used as a protective layer. br>
Depending on the type of dressing and the area of application, the material is produced in two grades:
- Technoelast PRIME EKM - with coarse-grained dressing on the front side and fine-grained dressing on the lower side of the canvas; used for the device of the top layer of roofing carpet;
- Technoelast PRIME EMM - fine-grained dressing on both sides of the canvas; it is used for the installation of the bottom layer of roofing carpet.
Scope
Technoelast PRIME is intended for installation of two-layer roofing carpet of buildings and structures with mastic gluing. This technology allows you to combine the advantages of a roof made of roll materials (with high physical and mechanical properties) and a seamless monolithic mastic roof. It is used for fireless mastic styling.
Storage
Rolls of material should be stored in a dry, closed room in a vertical position in one row in height at a distance of at least 1 m from the heaters.
