TECHNOELAST SOLO RP1
Single-layer roofing SBS-modified material, standardized by thickness. In the event of a fire source, it does not spread the flame over the roof surface. The material is made on a reinforced polyester base, which excludes shrinkage during operation. It is the thickest and most durable material among the weldable materials.
Technoelast SOLO RP1 is produced by double-sided application on a reinforced polyester base of a bitumen-polymer binder consisting of bitumen, SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene) polymer modifier, mineral filler (talc, dolomite, etc.) and fire retardants. Coarse-grained (gray shale, aluminized shale, basalt) sprinkling on top and non-woven fabric or film below are used as protective layers.
Technoelast SOLO RP1 has increased fire-fighting characteristics according to SNiP 21.01:
- flame spread group RP1 (non-flame spreading)
- flammability group B2 (moderately flammable).
Scope:
Technoelast SOLO RP1 is intended for installation of a single-layer roofing carpet of buildings and structures. It is used in single-layer roofs and wherever it is necessary to lay the fire-free method - mechanical fixation, laying on mastics. Conventional deposition by fusing (partial fusion) is also possible.
The material is laid on a previously prepared base. The overlaps must be well sealed to guarantee the tightness of the coating.
Storage
Rolls of material should be stored in a dry, closed room in a vertical position in one row in height at a distance of at least 1 m from the heaters.
