Description

The waterproofing membrane made of rolled bitumen-polymer material Technoelast FUNDAMENT TERRA is laid loosely on the base in one layer, without continuous adhesion to the base (with mechanical fixation on a vertical surface), which can significantly increase the speed of work.

Extruded polystyrene foam TECHNONICOL CARBON PROF protects the foundation structure from freezing. The wall drainage from the PLANTER geo profiled membrane is connected to a ring drain.

System Features:

  • one-layer waterproofing membrane without adhesion to the substrate;
  • effective thermal protection of buried structures and drainage system.
Application area

The system is used to protect underground structures with exploited or residential premises, in local clay and loamy soils, regardless of the groundwater level, as well as in sandy soils when the groundwater level is above the level of the foundation slab, erected in pits with slopes.
