As a waterproofing membrane in the system, a rolled bitumen-polymer deposited material Technoelast EPP in two layers is used, which provides high requirements for the insulation of internal premises.
As a protection of the waterproofing layer, a profiled PLANTER standard membrane is used, which is attached mechanically in the basement area above the waterproofing membrane, as well as using TechnoNICOL No. 1 fasteners, if necessary, an intermediate fastening device in height. PLANTER standard prevents possible damage to the waterproofing membrane when backfilling the excavation or from other negative external influences.
This system is recommended for prefabricated and monolithic foundations with an unexploited basement, technical or basement floor in local sandy soils with a low groundwater level.
In addition, it is recommended to use this system in cases where there is a possibility of a rise in the groundwater level due to unforeseen situations of a natural or man-made nature; in structures with increased requirements for the reliability of insulation of buried elements; with a foundation depth of more than 20 m.
