Description

As a waterproofing membrane, we recommend using rolled bitumen-polymer materials Technoelast TERRA, which is laid on the base freely, without continuous adhesion (with mechanical fixation to the base on a vertical surface), which can significantly increase the speed of work.

On top of the waterproofing membrane, slabs of extruded polystyrene foam are glued, the use of which allows you to protect the foundation structure from freezing, thereby creating optimal temperature and humidity conditions for the operating room, as well as additionally protecting the waterproofing layer from mechanical damage and other negative factors.

The system is used to protect underground structures with exploited or residential premises in local sandy soils, with a low groundwater level.
