Description

Roofing carpet consists of two layers of bitumen-polymer material. The bottom layer of Technoelast FIX is attached to the base mechanically with TechnoNICOL telescopic fasteners. The upper layer of bitumen-polymer material Technoelast FLAME STOP (with increased fire-fighting characteristics - RP1, B2) is fused onto the lower layer of the roof. The use of mechanical fastening allows to increase the speed of installation, and due to the use of two-layer bitumen-polymer waterproofing, the system has high surface mechanical strength and reliability.

Two series of TECHNOROOF stone wool slabs are used in the construction: TECHNOROOF V OPTIMA as the top heat-insulating layer and TECHNOROOF PROF - as the bottom layer. Slabs TECHNOROOF PROF and TECHNOROOF V OPTIMA have a high density, which ensures the perception and distribution of the load acting on the roof surface during regular maintenance of the equipment placed on it.

A set of stone wool products are used as materials for the formation of slopes on the roof: TECHNOROOF N PROF WEDGE 1.7% - for the formation of the main slope; TECHNOROOF N PROF WEDGE 4,2% - for the formation of a counter-slope.

As a vapor barrier on a concrete base, the deposited material Technobarrier is used. The technical barrier reliably protects the roofing cake from steam saturation, while being resistant to possible mechanical damage during installation.

Application area

Roofs of residential, administrative, public and industrial buildings without restrictions on the area of application and taking pedestrian load from seasonal, routine (daily) inspections and maintenance of equipment on the roof (going to the roof more than once a week).
