The construction uses two types of thermal insulation based on non-combustible stone wool. Thermal insulation TECHNOROOF N30 has a lower density and is used as a bottom layer - this allows you to save on the total cost of the insulation. TECHNOROOF B60 is a tougher insulation and is used as an upper layer, the function of which is to redistribute the external load on the lower layer of insulation.
Roofing carpet consists of bitumen-polymer materials, laid in two layers. The bottom layer made of Technoelast FIX material is attached to the base mechanically with TechnoNICOL telescopic fasteners. The upper layer of Technoelast EKP material with coarse-grained dressing is fused onto the lower layer of the roof. The use of mechanical fastening makes it possible to install the roofing carpet without a D / C or prefabricated screed, which leads to an increase in the speed of work and a decrease in the cost of the structure. Stone wool slabs TECHNOROOF N30 WEDGE are used as a slope-forming layer. Laying ready-made sets of wedge-shaped thermal insulation significantly reduces the time and labor costs for the implementation of slopes, and also eliminates "wet" processes.
It is recommended to use Bipol EPP bitumen-polymer material as a vapor barrier.
