TN-ROOF Express Classic
A system of an unexploited roof on a base made of profiled decking with a mechanical method of fastening TECHNOROOF PROF thermal insulation boards with a two-layer overlay roofing device.

As the load-bearing base of the TN-ROOF Express Classic system, a profiled steel sheet is used, on which a vapor barrier layer is laid. Depending on the operating conditions, the type of object, the humidity conditions in the room, a certain type of vapor barrier material can be selected:
- TechnoNICOL vapor barrier film with sufficient vapor barrier properties for use in facilities with dry and normal humidity conditions;
- aluminized vapor barrier membrane Vapor barrier C (A500 or F1000), which has high vapor barrier properties (including in the place where fasteners are installed), is resistant to mechanical stress and can withstand the weight of a person. It is used on objects with any humidity conditions. Recommended for wet and humid objects. Vapor barrier materials must be overlapped and glued together.
The construction uses two types of thermal insulation based on non-combustible stone wool. Thermal insulation TECHNOROOF N 30 has a lower density and is used as a bottom layer - this allows you to save on the total cost of the insulation. TECHNOROOF PROF s is a harder insulation laminated with fiberglass on one side and is used as an upper layer, the function of which is to redistribute the external load onto the lower layer of insulation. If it is necessary to carry out the main and counter slopes on the roof, use TECHNOROOF KLIN heat-insulating slabs (1.7% and 4.2%).
The bottom layer of waterproofing carpet is made of Uniflex EXPRESS material. Uniflex EXPRESS is distinguished by a high rate of melting of the bitumen-polymer binder and, due to this, allows fusing on heat-insulating plates made of TECHNOROOF PROF s stone wool, without prior application of a primer. The upper layer of the waterproofing carpet is made of Technoelast EKP material. According to the conclusion of VNIIPO, the structure has a fire hazard class K0 (15) in accordance with GOST 30403-2012 and a fire resistance limit of RE 15. In the case of using a layer of fire protection made of stone wool, fixed along the lower belt of profiled sheets, the structure will have a fire hazard class K0 (30) and fire resistance limit RE 30.
The TN-ROOF Express Classic system is effectively used when installing a roof at any time of the year at industrial, civil, residential and public facilities.
