Roofing carpet consists of two layers of bitumen-polymer material. The upper layer of bitumen-polymer material Technoelast FLAME STOP (with increased fire-fighting characteristics - RP1, B2) is fused onto the lower layer of the roof. The bottom layer of waterproof carpet is made of Uniflex material EXPRESS, characterized by a high melting rate of the bitumen-polymer binder. Due to the use of two-layer bitumen-polymer waterproofing, the system has high surface mechanical strength and reliability.
The construction uses stone wool slabs of the TECHNOROOF series. TECHNOROOF PROF boards are used as the bottom layer, which provides the required layer strength. As the top layer, TECHNOROOF V OPTIMA slabs are used and, thanks to the fiberglass coating, effectively absorb and distribute the load that is transferred to the roof surface during its regular maintenance. Thermal insulation boards are glued to the vapor barrier layer and to each other on hot bitumen or mastic. A set of stone wool products are used as materials for the formation of slopes and counter-slopes on the roof: TECHNOROOF V EXTRA WEDGE, which are also glued to each other on hot bitumen or mastic. As a vapor barrier on a concrete base, the deposited material Technobarrier is used. The technical barrier reliably protects the roofing cake from steam saturation, while being resistant to possible mechanical damage during installation.
Roofs of residential, administrative, public and industrial buildings without restrictions on the area of application and maintenance of equipment on the roof (access to the roof more than once a week). The system is especially relevant for roofs where it is difficult or impossible to perform mechanical fastening of the materials of the roofing system into a load-bearing concrete base (ribbed or hollow concrete slabs).
