To increase adhesion, the surface must be primed with TECHNONICOL bituminous primer No. 01 before laying the waterproofing.
For maximum reliability and protection against leaks due to the fault of the human factor and poorly fused seams, waterproofing by fusing is performed in two layers of Technoelast EPP bitumen-polymer material.
To ensure reliable protection against heat loss, extruded polystyrene TECHNONICOL CARBON PROF 300, characterized by low water absorption, is used as a heat-insulating layer. It is recommended to lay the insulation boards in one layer of the required thickness, since the moisture between the layers of thermal insulation during freeze-thaw cycles can lead to deformation of the insulation.
In the TN-ROOF system, the pavement finish is paving slabs of any modifications used in the improvement of residential areas and characterized by high resistance to pedestrian loads.
Due to the location of the waterproofing and thermal insulation under the cement-sand screed, they are reliably protected from mechanical damage and ultraviolet radiation, and the structure acquires exceptional durability and reliability, including in the field of fire safety.
