The thermal insulation layer in the TN-ROOF system Solid is made of rigid polyisocyanurate foam boards PIR CXM / CXM, which are glued to the vapor barrier layer, which are glued to the vapor barrier on hot bitumen or mastic. If it is necessary to perform the main and counter-slopes on the roof, use PIR SLOPE heat-insulating slabs. The bottom layer of the waterproofing carpet is made of Uniflex EXPRESS material. Uniflex EXPRESS is distinguished by a high melting rate of the bitumen-polymer binder and, due to this, allows fusing on heat-insulating boards PIR CXM / CXM.
The upper layer of the waterproofing carpet is made of Technoelast EKP material.
TN-ROOF System Solid is designed for roofs with a concrete bearing base. A distinctive feature of the system is the device of the roofing carpet directly over the insulation without performing screeds of various types.
