Description

Roofing carpet consists of one layer of bitumen-polymer material Technoelast SOLO RP1. Technoelast SOLO RP1 has increased fire-fighting characteristics - flame spread group RP1 (does not spread flame); flammability group B2 (moderately flammable).

Two series of TECHNOROOF stone wool slabs are used in the construction: TECHNOROOF V OPTIMA as the top heat-insulating layer and TECHNOROOF V PROF - as the bottom layer. Slabs TECHNOROOF V OPTIMA and TECHNOROOF V PROF have a high density, which ensures the perception and distribution of the load acting on the roof surface during regular maintenance of the equipment placed on it.

A set of stone wool products are used as materials for the formation of slopes and counter-slopes on the roof: TECHNOROOF V EXTRA WEDGE.

An aluminized membrane Vapor Barrier C (A500 or F1000) is used as a vapor barrier along the profiled flooring, which has high vapor barrier properties (including in the place where the fasteners are installed), is resistant to mechanical stress and can withstand the weight of a person.

Depending on the operating conditions, a certain brand of vapor barrier material can be selected:

  • Steam barrier CA 500 is used in buildings with dry and normal humidity conditions of the interior;
  • The vapor barrier SF 1000 is used in buildings of all humidity modes of indoor spaces, including wet and wet.
Application area

Roofs of administrative, public (multifunctional shopping centers, etc.), industrial and warehouse buildings without restrictions on the area of ​​application and perceiving the pedestrian load from seasonal, current (weekly) inspections and maintenance of equipment on the roof (access to the roof no more once a week).
