In this system, a vapor barrier self-adhesive material Vapor barrier C (A500 or F1000) is used as a vapor barrier layer, which, unlike traditional polymer films, has high vapor barrier properties (including in the place where fasteners are installed), is resistant to mechanical stress and can withstand the weight of the person.
Non-combustible stone wool TECHNOROOF 45 is used as thermal insulation in the structure. TECHNOROOF 45 material has sufficient compressive strength for laying over it a prefabricated screed made of ACL.
High surface strength of the system is achieved through the use of prefabricated screed from two layers of ACL in TN-ROOF Titanium. To increase the adhesion of the bitumen-polymer material to the surface and in order to prevent warping, the prefabricated screed sheets must be primed on all sides with TECHNONICOL bitumen primer No. 01.
The system uses a two-layer "breathing" bitumen-polymer roofing carpet, which avoids the formation of blisters on its surface, due to the use of a special material Uniflex VENT EPV as a lower layer.
System TN-ROOF Titanium is widely used on prefabricated buildings and structures.
