The TN-POL Acoustic system is a "floating" floor device on reinforced concrete floors.
The system consists of sound and waterproofing material Technoelast Acoustic, loosely laid on a leveled interfloor floor, on which a reinforced cement-sand screed or prefabricated screed is laid. Technoelast Acoustic is produced in two types: Technoelast Acoustic Super and Technoelast Acoustic S.
The system has improved characteristics in terms of impact noise insulation when installing a reinforced c / p screed with a surface density of at least 100 kg / m2, while the impact noise reduction index of the system using Technoelast Acoustic S is 23 dB and with Technoelast Acoustic Super - 27 dB.
The use of Technoelast Acoustic Super material in the system allows additional waterproofing of the interfloor overlap.
The system is widespread in construction and is used for waterproofing and soundproofing "floating" floors in residential buildings, hotels, public and administrative buildings.
In the system, the material Technoelast Acoustic is laid with a sound-insulating layer to the base along the entire plane of the interfloor overlap without the formation of gaps. The lateral overlap of Technoelast Acoustic Super is welded with a hot air dryer. Technoelast Acoustic S has a self-adhesive side overlap, which is additionally rolled with a roller when gluing. The end overlaps are glued with TECHNONICOL self-adhesive tape-sealant.
